These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "Player") and sxs6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held pending review. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently suspended.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. In all cases, sxs6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sxs6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform and for using appropriate virus protection software.

sxs6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the account holder has breached any of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) the account holder has requested self-exclusion; or (e) sxs6 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonuses and pending bonus-linked wagers) will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
